Per successful charge, deducted at settlement. That is the fee the ledger uses today — not a 0% platform-fee claim.
- T+5 hold. Paid sales credit the store ledger, then become withdrawable after 5 days in Admin → Payouts.
- Not a Merchant of Record. You are the seller. Tax and VAT stay with you unless the processor remits a specific tax for that charge.
- White-label. Buyers see Koza Payments, not the underlying processor.
